Meet the Owner
I'm Cammy, the owner of La Crepe Boise. I would like to take this opportunity just to let you know a little bit about how we got started. Since growing up in Europe, I remember always spending time in the kitchen cooking, baking, and that hasn't stopped since! I love seeing family and friends enjoy my food.
Having lived in Idaho for quite some time now, I have come to really appreciate seeing how welcoming and supportive people are in our community of different cultures, and the variety of foods they've introduced. This variety is something that we all experience and enjoy, and it has motivated me to share some of my own culinary delights with our community. I felt that food uncommon to us in Idaho, but very well known in Europe, would make a good contribution to the variety of foods we have in the Treasure Valley area. So, in 2019, I decided to start La Crepe Boise food truck.
